The event formed part of the official tour of the Adamawa State Commissioner of Police, CP Kabir Umar Hassan, fdc, to Ganye and was witnessed by His Royal Highness, the Gangwari of Ganye, Alhaji Umaru Adamu Sanda (OON, FIAMN), alongside traditional rulers, security stakeholders, hunters, community leaders, and other distinguished guests.
