EASTER UNITY IN GANYE: HASKE’S MESSAGE OF HOPE, LOVE AND GRASSROOTS TRANSFORMATION ELECTRIFIES GATTENEN

EASTER CELEBRATION – APRIL 5, 2026

In a colourful and spiritually uplifting display of unity, faith, and community solidarity, the quiet village of Gattenen in Gurum-Pawo District, Ganye Local Government Area of Adamawa State, came alive as thousands gathered to celebrate Easter in grand style.
Representing the All Progressives Congress (APC) Governorship Aspirant for Adamawa State, 2027, Alhaji Abdulrahman Basheer Haske, the distinguished Chairman of AB Haske Foundation (National), Chief Charles Suwukumfakeni Bansi, graced the historic occasion with grace, intellect, and a powerful message of hope.


A seasoned administrator and former Sole Administrator of Gangdu Development Area, Chief Bansi—an erudite political scientist and respected analyst—delivered a stirring goodwill message that resonated deeply with the jubilant crowd. His presence underscored the aspirant’s unwavering commitment to grassroots engagement and inclusive leadership.
The Easter celebration, which brought together over seventeen Lutheran churches from across neighbouring villages, transformed Gattenen into a vibrant hub of worship, unity, and festivity. The mammoth crowd reflected not only the significance of the Christian calendar but also the growing connection between the people and visionary leadership.


In his address, Chief Bansi passionately conveyed the heartfelt love, compassion, and empathy that Alhaji Abdulrahman Basheer Haske holds for the people of Adamawa State. He highlighted the impactful humanitarian interventions of the AB Haske Foundation, emphasizing its continued dedication to uplifting vulnerable communities, empowering youth, and fostering sustainable development.
