MORE BULLDOZERS STORM GANYE AS ROAD CONSTRUCTION FROM LCCN JUNCTION TO YEBBI, MBULO, JADA INTENSIFIES

GANYE, ADAMAWA STATE — More bulldozers and graders stormed Ganye on Sunday, intensifying the long-awaited road construction project stretching from the LCCN junction to Yebbi, Mbulo, and Jada.

The fresh arrival of heavy-duty machines adds to the fleet already on-site, signaling a renewed determination by the APC-led government to accelerate the work and silence the opposition critics who doubted the project’s continuity.

According to The Pioneer Newspaper team, the construction had resumed days earlier, but today’s deployment injected fresh energy into the effort, turning Ganye into a hive of activity as earth-moving equipment roared into action.

Residents poured onto the roadsides to watch the spectacle, many hailing it as a defining moment for the community. “We have waited for years. Now we can see progress with our own eyes,” said one farmer, whose produce often rotted on bad roads before reaching markets.

Political observers trace the renewed vigor of the project to the influential role of Walin Ganye, Mallam Nuhu Ribadu, whose push within government circles has ensured the project remains a priority. His intervention, they note, has shifted the project from skepticism to reality.

“This is proof that governance is about action, not rhetoric,” a local youth leader told The Pioneer. “The opposition has been silenced because the bulldozers speak louder than words.”

The Ganye–Yebbi–Mbulo–Jada road is a crucial economic lifeline. Once completed, it will open up rural trade corridors, ease transportation, and boost agricultural productivity across southern Adamawa.

With the storm of bulldozers now sweeping through Ganye, the message is clear: the APC government is keeping its promise, and the people are beginning to feel the change on the ground.
