“I Don’t Hate You, I’m Warning You as a Prophet” – Primate Ayodele Sends Strong Message to Senate President Akpabio

The Leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele, has sent a stirring caution to the President of the Senate, Godswill Akpabio, urging him to take his health and wellbeing more seriously as he shoulders the enormous responsibilities of national leadership.

In a post shared on his official Facebook page, the fiery cleric dismissed any notion of animosity towards Akpabio, insisting that his words came from a place of divine duty and concern.

“Akpabio must watch his health. Akpabio, I don’t hate you. I am only giving you this warning because you are a leader, and the role of a prophet is to warn leaders of impending predicaments,” Primate Ayodele declared.

The prophet stressed that his message was not political but spiritual, describing it as a divine directive. He explained that the burden of leadership often places leaders under immense pressure, and without proper attention to health, such strain could spiral into grave consequences.

“Too often, leaders mistake prophetic warnings for attacks, when in truth, they are acts of spiritual responsibility. I am not condemning Akpabio; I am alerting him to danger so he can take preventive measures,” he said.

Primate Ayodele emphasized that his mission as a prophet is to serve as a watchman, speaking truth to power—even when it may be uncomfortable. His caution, he said, is an attempt to preserve Akpabio’s life and enhance his capacity to serve Nigeria effectively.

By making his warning public, Ayodele reinforced the idea that prophets are not called to seek favor from leaders, but to stand guard and speak boldly when the destiny of a nation and its leaders is at stake.
