Our findings confirm that the account used is a newly created fake profile, not the authentic Facebook account of Hon. Bala Kalu, the Commissioner for Environment and Natural Resources Development.
The real Bala Kalu’s verified account has over 4,000 friends, 62 mutual connections, and a complete profile â unlike the fake one. This is clearly an impersonation attempt to mislead the public and incite ethnic or political tension.
