Adamawa Police Recover Stolen Cattle, Urge Owners to Come Forward

In a significant breakthrough against cattle rustling, operatives of the Adamawa State Police Command have successfully recovered a number of stolen cattle during a routine surveillance patrol aimed at preventing and detecting crime.

The recovered livestock have been taken into custody by the Command, ensuring their safety while investigations continue to trace the perpetrators of the theft.

The Commissioner of Police, CP Dankombo Morris, PSC (+), has called on members of the public—especially individuals whose cattle have been stolen or gone missing—to visit the Police Divisional Headquarters in Numan with valid proof of ownership to reclaim their livestock.

The Command reaffirms its commitment to combating crime and urges citizens to remain vigilant, report suspicious activities, and cooperate with law enforcement to ensure the safety of lives and property in the state.
