Fani-Kayode Alleges Binance’s Gambaryan Misused USAID Funds to Finance Boko Haram

Peter Obi Grassroots Mobilization has stirred controversy on its official X handle after sharing a statement by former Minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode, alleging that Tigran Gambaryan, an executive at Binance, was among those who funneled USAID funds to Boko Haram.

Fani-Kayode, known for his outspoken and often incendiary remarks, claimed that Gambaryan, who is currently in Nigerian custody over financial crimes, played a role in misappropriating U.S. foreign aid meant for humanitarian purposes to support the activities of the terrorist group.

The post, which quickly gained traction, has ignited debates across social media, with many questioning the credibility of the allegation. While some commentators demand a thorough investigation into the claims, others dismiss them as unsubstantiated rhetoric aimed at fueling political narratives.

The Nigerian government has yet to officially respond to the allegations, but this development adds another layer of complexity to the already controversial detention of Binance executives in Nigeria.

As the dust settles on this explosive claim, the public eagerly awaits further clarification, either from government agencies or international bodies linked to USAID’s financial operations in the region.
