Dan Sa Adiya, infamous for his brazen defiance of security forces, has reportedly declared himself an independent authority, making inflammatory pronouncements while orchestrating deadly attacks, kidnappings, and extortion in rural communities. Intelligence reports indicate that displaced bandits from other regions are converging in his forest hideout, seeking refuge and strengthening his forces.
