BREAKING: Twin Petrol Tanker Explosion Rocks Adamawa Filling Station, Police Launch Investigation

Panic erupted in Adamawa State on Monday night as two petrol tankers exploded at MRS Filling Station, Batchure Junction, along Numan Road. The inferno, which sent plumes of smoke billowing into the sky, was swiftly contained by firefighters and the operational unit of the Adamawa State Police Command.

In an official statement on its X handle, the police command confirmed the incident, stating that no lives were lost in the fire. Commissioner of Police, CP Dankombo Morris, PSC (+), reassured residents of the command’s commitment to ensuring public safety and protecting property. He also urged anyone with relevant information to assist in the ongoing investigation.
