Adamawa State Governor, Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, has reiterated his commitment to peace and national unity as he joined dignitaries to commemorate the Armed Forces Remembrance Day at the Mahmud Ribadu Square in Yola.
Taking to his official X handle, Governor Fintiri shared the significance of the solemn event, which paid tribute to the gallant men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in defense of Nigeria’s sovereignty.

“Today, I joined other dignitaries to lay wreaths in honor of our fallen heroes during the Armed Forces Remembrance Day at Mahmud Ribadu Square, Yola,” he wrote. “We remember their sacrifices with profound gratitude and renew our commitment to supporting their families.”
