The Speaker of the Nigerian House of Representatives, Hon. Abbas Tajudeen, PhD, has lauded President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, for his bold decision to upgrade the Federal College of Education (FCE), Zaria, to a full-fledged Federal University of Education.
