Eyewitnesses at the scene blamed the incident on reckless driving, as the driver was allegedly speeding and lost control of the vehicle, causing it to overturn. The weight of the cattle and the hilly terrain reportedly contributed to the severity of the accident.
One witness described the aftermath as chaotic and tragic: “The truck was moving too fast. When it hit a rough patch, it swerved and tumbled over. Some of the cattle died on the spot, while others were slaughtered to minimize their suffering. Unfortunately, a few people inside the truck were also badly injured.”
