In the aftermath of the devastating floods that have ravaged Madagali Local Government Area in Adamawa State, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, the former Vice President and the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) presidential candidate in the 2023 general elections, has expressed his profound sorrow and solidarity with the affected communities. Taking to his official X handle, the Waziri Adamawa shared his heartfelt message: “My heart and thoughts are with the families who have endured the heartache of losing a loved one to the devastating flood that has ravaged Madagali Local Government Area in Adamawa State.”

Atiku Abubakar extended his deepest sympathies to the communities hardest hit by the floods, including Kirchinga, Duhu, Maiwandu, Jahili, Kokohu, Lumadu, Zhau, Palam, Kwambula, Shuware, and Shuwa.
