Renowned human rights activist and former senator, Shehu Sani, recently praised Dangote Industries for their exceptional production quality in the petroleum sector. Taking to his official handle on X, Senator Sani lauded the company’s high-quality crude oil and other products, asserting their superiority over imported alternatives.
“It has been confirmed that Dangote’s refinery products are of higher quality than the imported ones,” Senator Sani proclaimed, highlighting the significant achievement of the Nigerian conglomerate.
Amidst ongoing industry debates and allegations, Senator Sani addressed the rumors circulating about the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC). He firmly stated, “It has also been verified that neither NNPC CEO Mele Kyari nor any top staff of the company has any crude blending plant in Malta.”
Dismissing the rumors as mere distractions, Senator Sani referred to the controversy as “just roforofo fight,” an expression denoting a messy, pointless squabble.
Senator Sani’s endorsement of Dangote’s refinery underscores the potential of Nigerian enterprises to compete on a global scale, emphasizing the importance of integrity and transparency in the oil and gas sector. His comments come at a crucial time, reinforcing confidence in local production capabilities and promoting the credibility of Nigerian-made products.
