Adamawa LG Polls: PDP Sweeps 21 LG Seats.From Stanley Mijah, Yola.

The Ruling People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Adamawa State has won all the twenty-one local council chairmanship positions in the state, leaving only a single councillorship seat for the New Nigeria People’s Party.
Declaring the outcome of the Saturday Polls, the Chairman of Adamawa State Independent Electoral Commission, Alhaji Muhammad Umar emphasized that the councillors Seat of the NNPP was won in Demsa ward of Demsa local government of state while the remaining two-hundred and twenty-five councillorship Seats in the state were all swept by the ruling People’s Democratic party.
The State Electoral Commission will issued the Winners Certificate of Return at the commission’s headquarters on Monday, July 15, 2024.
