The Adamawa State Police Command in recognition of hard work and integrity has honoured deserving personnel of the command who have exhibited remarkable conduct and commitment to assigned responsibilities.
Performing the award ceremony on a cream of Police Officers in Yola, the Adamawa State capital, the Commissioner of Police, Adamawa State Command, CP S.K. Akande said that the exceptional performance of the officers makes it imperative to publicly acknowledge and reward outstanding police officers who sacrificed their lives to protect the lives and property of the masses.
He said it is a culture within the Nigerian Police Force to identify and reward excellence and hard work among Police personnel to encourage and sustain productivity and appreciable conduct of officers.
The Divisional Police Officer of Ganye Local Government, SP MOHD YAHYA NUHU was one of the recipients of the Integrity and excellence Award.
The Commissioner described the award as a modest means and gesture to commend the Recepients who are seen as models for professional policing and to encourage others to stay on the path of professionalism and integrity.
The Recipients also received an executive handshake from the police commissioner who commended them for their hard work and urged them to sustain the good image they have created for the police Force.
