Amidst growing tension and anxiety among party members of the All Progressive Congress (APC) over the Senator Binani controversial Presidential Campaign Committee (PCC) list of the party in Adamawa State, the female Senator and State Coordinator of the presidential campaign team in the state has finally bowed out to avert further confusion and crises rocking the party in the state.

The National leadership of the Tinibu Presidential Campaign Council of the Party in a swift response has approved the appoinment of Rt Hon Martins Nasir Babale, a former Deputy Governor in the state to replace the female Senator following her resignation from office.

The Director General of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Presidential Campaign Committee (PCC) and Governor of Plateau State, Simon Lalong Bako who conveyed the approval for the replacement in a letter, congratulated the new State Coordinator over his new appointment and tasking responsibility.
Governor Lalong stated that the appointment of Babale was deserving considering his political antecedents and the significant roles he played as a pillar of the party in the state.
“We are confident that your wealth of experience will impact greatly on our mission to drive an effective, message driven campaign and eventual victory at the 2023 presidential election.
“Together, we shall realize our vision of moving Nigeria to greatness by building on the achievements of our party and the presidential Muhammadu Buhari administration in providing progressive good governance to Nigerians,” the letter read in part.
