The high ranking judicial officials, well wishers top government functionaries, highly respected political office holders has come out in their thousands to celebrate with the retirering Chief Judge of Adamawa state, on the validictory Session in honor of Justice Nathan Musa.
Security operatives in their colourful outfit graced the ocassion to Mount a guard of honour in respect of highly respected legal luminary.
The colourful ocassion which held at the High Court complex in Yola attracted legal practitioners from all walks of life in and withing the country.
In his good will massage at the event the Fresh Air Governor Right Hon Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri congratulate the out going Chief Judge with many reforms he brought in Judicial service in the state
The Governor also used the opportunity and approved the appointment of retired chief Judge As Wakilin Alkalai Adamawa he however congratulated him for offering good Job in the State.
In the same vein, the Governor described the celebrant as some One who is respecting human nature .
In his remarks during the occasion the representative of Lamido Fombina, Galadima Adamawa Alh Mustafa Muhammad Aminu, acknowledge the contribution of retired Judge, Justice Nathan Musa in judiciary sector in and outside the country .
The Galadima Adamawa used the occasion and anouce the appointment of the out going Chief Judge as Wakilin Alkalai Adamawa .
More over the Galadima thanked Governor Fintiri for his achievement he made in his tenure like friendly policies he made and promise their full support to the Governor in other to succeed in developing the state .
The Royal Father prayed for peace in the state and the country at large.
Speaking at the Occasion the Athony General also the commissioner of Justice Barr Ak Jingi described the cebrant as the man of honour and fearless man .
Barr A.k Jingi Said , that it is not easy to mention All his contributions within the short period of time .
While delivering her validictory session massage at the occasion the chairman Adamawa state Majestry, Majestry Ieani Garba Ibrahim, appreciates the retired Chief Judge for the achievement he made within eleven months, she said staff are not longer redondant in the Court, marking the environment as condusive for the job etc.
In their separate remarks the Justice Abubakar from Kaduna court of appeal and Hussaini Garba From Abuja congratulates him for the well done Job and also for serving over 35 years.
In his Valedictory speach the retiring chief Judge of Adamawa State Hon Nathan Musa thanked Almighty God for his mercies grace , compassion and favour for allowing us to come this far in our sojourn on this planet Earth, where he seemed us to exist before calling us back to our final abode which we pray to be paradise ( Aljannah) . On that note ,I. Wish to refer to the book of Ecclesiastes Chapter 3 verses 1 _ 2 in the Holly Bible that says:.
“There is time for everything and season for activity under the heaven ; a time to be born and a time to die , a time to plant and a time to reap”.
He said ” whatever has the beginning Will definitely have an end.
And this is exactly what is playing out today.Today marks the process of my exits to my judicial career . This is the day that the Lord has made, that we shall rejoice in it.
The out going Chief Judge used the ocassion and acknowledge the Support of Belovely Mother and his wife for their enduretful contribution towards the success of his life.
He thanked the Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri for giving him opotunity to contribute his quota in developing the Judiciary in the state.
