This is Abdullahi Bashir Haske in true perspective. After some years of hustle and bustle, the picture has emerged in Ganye Chiefdom of Adamawa State, a great young business man and a philanthropy who never cared about how great or big people think of him, but he did care about how he will impact positively in the lives of the masses. He was indeed a humble and a caring personality who was not bothered with his status anywhere he found himself. He is an altruist, who become an inspiration cum role model to many. Haske is a leader with vision who inspires people, mobilizes them for societal building and ensure unity, peaceful coexistence among them.
In history, there are few outstanding leaders, true heroes of their time, who set the moral and political tones for their societies. Such people as American George Washington, British Winston Churchill, Indian Mahatma Gandhi, Charles De Gaulle of France, Lee Kwan Yew of Singapore and Nelson Mandela of South Africa, are leaders of repute. The fascination grows when one looks beyond religious, tribal, ethnic or regional sentiments, justifying the selfless business motives of the young man towards humanity. In trying to contribute his quoter for the positive growth of a society especially in the world of business where one cannot necessarily depend on Government of the day for job opportunities, Haske has decided to work hard towards that which makes him one of the real architects behind the discoveries of oils and Gas HYDROCARBONS in the Northern Nigerian State of Bauchi. Through his hardworking, HASKE AND WILLIAMS Rice mills company limited was today founded in Demsa Local Government of Adamawa State and has become a force to reckon with in terms of food security in the State and beyond. Abdullahi Bashir Haske with his co-company team realised the critical importance of rice as a strategic food supply in Nigeria and also globally. Given their knowledge and experience of Nigeria and other emerging markets, combined with powerful local partnerships as well as a track record in successfully launching new businesses with profitable exits, the opportunity to invest in, and develop, Nigeria’s rice sector made total sense.
In our society today, it is when you do well, it is then you will become acceptable. Abdullahi Bashir has really come a long way in life, he weathered a fatal storm, his story was punctuated with failures and success albeit, he refused to play to the gallery. He rose from grass to grace by becoming what he is today.
Though, politically been open to everybody regardless of where they come from, he selflessly continues to maintain his benevolence statuesque across the country. It is indispensable to note that, Pioneer team during their recent tour from Ganye chiefdom, were able to meet and interview different youths regardless of their political, tribal, religion and ideological affiliation on how high-profile personalities in the chiefdom, especially both the business and the influential politicians are relating with the masses, many pronounced Abdullahi Bashir Haske as their role model, they tagged him as a humble and a peaceful loving philanthropy that every patriotic indigene from Ganye chiefdom and the State at large should emulate. They described him as an architect of young modern hardworking selfless and generous business mogul in Ganye chiefdom and the State in general. One of the youths among our interviewers whose name withheld maintained that, “Truth be told, men like HASKE are made up of sterner stuff and are rare to come by in every generation. I doff my hat to him,” he declared, praying that they should truly be like him. He continues by saying that, “although, ideologically and politically he belongs to the opposition, but HASKE benevolence activities and his achievements in live has transcend political divides, and he is not ashamed to publicly acknowledge them. True leadership is one value a price tag cannot be put on. Abdullahi Bashir has proved that only leaders with vision will inspire people to rally round him. HASKE is brave at heart and large in vision, he has the fortitude to stand with those that are in need of him even when the times get tough and when doubt becomes as thick as fog. He forges ahead while others succumb to fear. He stands alone when others are tired and sit down. In supporting the positive growth of Ganye chiefdom, HASKE is always a firebrand. He sacrifices to see the growth and unity of the chiefdom by been always loyal and a humble son to His Royal Highness the Gangwari of Ganye. People always rally round him because of his selflessness and were sure to taste of his wit, his incisive jabs and his commanding vision about the development of his society via his humanitarian activities. There is no gainsaying about the fact that Bashir Haske rare business acumens with his altruistic leadership evince, his place in the humanitarian history of Ganye chiefdom, Adamawa State and the country in general, is well etched.
