The agrieved aspirants of the People Democratic Party, PDP in Adamawa State has organize a forum to still show their support for the party and it’s candidates.
The aspirants made this known during the week when it’s organized a one day meeting which held at Jockems hotel Yola.
While delivering their resolution note after the meeting and make it clear to The team of journalists, the converner of the forum, Barrister Joel Tswuthrba from Guyuk Local Government said, the body has made a resolution to be contitued members and stakeholders of the party, and as bonifide members of the party, we discussed issues and solutions for what happened during the last People’s Democratic Party primaries especially for the seat of the state house of assemblyin the state.
He added that we discussed a lot of issues that will move the party forward from the local to the state upto national level in general.
The politicians said, we promised to remain and work for the party.
Honourable Elizabeth Paul from Lamurde Local Government constituency debunked the rumour of her being compansated, she desclosed that some elements are making false rumour that she was compansated and made it clear that such a false rumours can bring disunity within the party loyalist.
Also in his speech, one of the members of the forum, Honourable Alhaji Salihu Buba Wokenso and Honourable Engineer Daniel Disho from Leko/Koma expressed their dismay on what happened during the primaries and also promised to work towards the success of the People’s Democratic Party at all lavels in the country .
Speaking to the Journalists after the meeting Honourable Yosy Izaya Lerum from Leko Koma constituency Jada Local Government and her counter pert Hon Jamila Hayatu they said alot of issues has being delibrated in the meeting , they resolute to remain in the perty because we are they lovers of the perty we are loyal members of the People Democratic Party , we want to work for the Party ,
The former Aspirants also explain how the made a resolution for the differences during last PDP primaries.
Finally the aspirants used the uportunity and called on the womens wing to come out in mass and support the PDP in 2023 elections also called on the youths to desist from political thugerism.
