Two PDP Leaders APC May Not Defeat Easily If They Emerge As PDP Presidential Candidates

As 2023 Presidential race is fast as Approaching, the Political Parties, have been Putting their House in order, ahead of the Presidential race.

The two Prominent Political Parties, that may Produce the next President, are the All Progressives Congress APC and the Peoples Democratic Party PDP.However, The All Progressives Congress APC, may be finding it difficult to defeat some Presidential Aspirants of the Peoples Democratic Party PDP, if they emerge as Presidential Candidate of the Party.

Some of the Presidential Aspirants, that APC may find it difficult to defeat, shall be discussed in this Article, one after the other.

One of the PDP Presidential Aspirants, that APC may find difficult to defeat, is the Former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar.

It should be recalled that Atiku was the Presidential Candidate of the PDP in 2019 Presidential race. Though, he lost the Presidential race to President Muhammadu Buhari.

However, Atiku maintains his Political strength across the country. One of the reasons why he lost the 2019 Presidential race, was because President Muhammadu Buhari, is Popular among the Northerners.

Meanwhile, The National Leader of the All Progressives Congress APC, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and some Prominent Leaders of the Party, teamed up and supported Buhari to win the Presidential race in 2019.

Atiku has his Political Structures across the country. It was gathered that North East Business Forum, had made it Known to buy the Presidential form, for Atiku to contest the Presidential race.Atiku married from all the three major ethnic groups in the Country. This give him edge over other Presidential Aspirants across the country.However, APC may find it difficult to defeat Atiku in the forthcoming Presidential race, if he could be given the Presidential ticket of the PDP.

Another PDP Leader that APC may find difficult, to defeat is the Governor of Rivers State, Governor Nyesom Wike. Governor Wike is a grassroot Politician in his state and in Southsouth.

It should be recalled that Governor Wike sensitised other PDP Governors on how the Party, was being mismanaged by the Former National Chairman of the Party, Prince Uche Secondus.Governor Wike Pionered how Secondus was removed as National Chairman of the Party. This shows how influential Governor Wike is, among the PDP Governors and he can easily Influence them to work for him.Governor Wike will deliver the whole of Southsouth and many states in Southeast, if he could emerge as Presidential Candidate of the Party in 2023. As a result of this, APC may find it difficult to defeat Governor Wike, if he becomes the PDP Presidential Candidate in 2023.
