The contestant of the Adamawa State House of Assembly under the auspices of All Progressive Congress (APC) come 2023 Hon. Benjamin Brandford (GARKUWAN DASHEN), has, on the 30th January, 2022 kicked-off the football competition among the youths from the ten wards of his LG constituency. The competition which is in honour of his late father, was tagged, ‘Brandford Bello Cup. According to the Director General (DG) of Benjamin Brandford campaign team Hon. Hussaini Musa Sugu, the competition is aim at uniting the youths of different religion, tribe and political affiliation to live together as brothers. Is also aim at reducing the high rate of crime in the community where youths are always the culprits.
Highlights of the event was the kicking off of the ball for the commencing of the tournament by Hon. Hussaini Musa Sugu the DG Campaign of Hon. Benjamin Brandford.
The dignitaries in attendance were the District heads of Yebbi, Timdore and Gurum panwa.
